FORGE
The processing module
FORGE processes the full 10K frame (10,000 × 10,000 px) onboard — every pixel, zero compression — so the downlink carries intelligence instead of imagery. For integrators it is a 160-gram module that mounts anywhere, speaks standard interfaces, and follows a modular open systems approach.
- Industry-standard interfacesEthernet (1G), MAVLink, USB 3.0 and hardware sync — FORGE drops onto the platform bus without custom adapters.
- Modular cooling interfaceA dedicated cooling interface ties FORGE into the platform's thermal path — passive heatsink where airflow allows, or active cooling powered from the system. M4 thermal mounting, no external penetration.
- Secure encrypted storageThe AI model and captured data sit in encrypted onboard storage — protected at rest, even if the platform is lost.
FORGE
Optimised for Modularity
Real-time target analysis at the edge
FORGE runs detection, classification and tracking on the aircraft, turning the 10K stream into confirmed findings in real time. Full-mission storage keeps every raw frame onboard for post-flight exploitation — and the mission keeps working when the link does not.
How it works
One 10K Stream in. Confirmed Findings Out.
FORGE turns the sensor’s raw output into decision-ready intelligence at the edge — before anything touches the downlink.
- 01 · Detect Full frame, onboard Detection runs across all 100 MP — nothing is cropped away first.
- 02 · Classify & track Confirm and follow Targets are classified and tracked at the edge, in real time.
- 03 · Deliver Intelligence, not raw video Only confirmed, geolocated findings cross the downlink.
